Phillip Riley has an exciting full-time position available for a Marketing Specialist.
We are seeking someone with a 'can do' attitude and experience in the field.
Key responsibilities:
* Coordinate campaign creative including SEM, Facebook ads, dynamic
banner ads, microsites and landing pages
* Improve advertising efficiency by AB testing, tagging & tracking creative
* Improve user experience and conversion rates on web pages by testing
content and design
* Report on ROI and key success metrics
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, keeping track of testing
methodology and performance metrics
About you:
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Analytical skills
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role (at least two years)
* Result orientated with proven experience in attracting leads
* Analytical, and able to use data-driven insights to guide decisions and
strategies
* Proficient with WordPress and Google Analytics
* A team player - strong in collaboration but able to work autonomously
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
