We are seeking an energetic and skilled
Bar Attendant

Your Role
As a
Bar Attendant
at Manta Ray, you'll deliver exceptional service behind the bar while creating memorable guest experiences. You'll prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, support the floor team during service, and help maintain a seamless and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
Where you'll make an impact
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
Deliver efficient, friendly, and professional service throughout each shift
Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with RSA standards
Engage with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring an enjoyable experience
Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and general bar operations
Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain smooth and consistent service
What we're looking for
You are a confident and experienced hospitality professional who takes pride in creating great drinks and genuine guest connections. You thrive in a busy environment and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.
To be successful, you'll need:
Previous bar experience in a high-volume or premium dining venue
Excellent beverage and cocktail knowledge
A passion for customer service and strong communication skills
Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)
Driver's Licence (Desirable)
