What You'll Do
As a Team Lead, you will create and lead a team to develop, launch, and manage events from A to Z. You will be responsible for the team's P&L, team development, building local industry connections, and representing Fever across all cities you manage. In collaboration with other departments, you will define a regional growth strategy, scale events to new markets, and work closely with other Team Leads, Regional Managers, and company leadership.
Main Responsibilities
* Build and manage the Candlelight team in Australia (Project Managers, Producers, etc.) to drive growth in the APAC market.
* Ensure team members achieve quality and revenue goals quarterly by auditing their work and performance.
* Define the Candlelight regional strategy to maximize sales, customer excellence, and operational quality for all KPIs.
* Manage the local portfolio of Candlelight experiences based on data analysis, ensuring Fever's penetration in the local market.
* Manage key local partners and expand the local network.
* Negotiate and close business deals.
* Define and support the scalability of Candlelight experiences in other cities (travel required).
* Report performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to local team members.
* Execute detailed analysis of business opportunities and processes.
* Represent Fever at local events and conversations.
Qualifications
* Project management, startup, or consulting background (6+ years).
* MBA from a top‐tier school preferred.
* Fluent in English and another language.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with large‐team management experience.
* Solution‐focused with an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Experience managing complex projects.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships with C‐level executives.
* Ability to influence and persuade all levels of staff.
* Coordinating and auditing internal and external teams to guide them to success across all achievements.
* Extensive networking skills and ability to secure partnerships.
* Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts with high visibility and exposure both internally and externally.
* Ability to handle large amounts of work and parallel work‐streams.
* Not a position for those with an event production background.

Other Information
* This is a full‐time role with our entity KZEMOS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD.
* Salary range: AUD $115,000 – $130,000 Gross per annum plus 20% bonus.
* Open from March 13th until April 10th.
* Location: Central House, 101 Moray St, South Melbourne, VIC 3205 (Melbourne).
