About The Role

Are you a customer‐focused professional who thrives in a fast‐paced environment? CSR are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Sales Support to join our team in Brookvale, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and supporting our sales operations. This is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative team, build strong relationships with customers, and develop your skills across customer service, sales support, and systems.

What You Will Be Doing

* Respond to customer enquiries and process orders accurately
* Coordinate delivery timelines and communicate updates
* Support sales teams with CRM, reporting, and documentation
* Liaise with warehouse, credit, and internal teams to resolve issues
* Build product knowledge to assist with customer queries

About You

* Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working with ERP and CRM systems (Dynamics experience a plus)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
* A proactive problem‐solver with a customer‐first mindset
* Experience in order processing, invoicing or accounts is desirable
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
