About the role:
CSR are looking for a Customer Service Officer who's passionate about helping people and creating positive experiences to join our team based in Wetherill Park. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be a key representative of our business and play an important part in ensuring every customer feels supported and valued.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a diverse range of people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering great service.
What you will be doing:
* Deliver friendly, responsive customer service via phone and email
* Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner
* Use your product knowledge to provide helpful sales support
* Keep customers informed with clear and proactive updates
* Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements for order configuration and transport
* Contribute to team tasks and additional duties as needed
What you will bring:

* Strong communication skills
* A high level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
