Position Overview
Our Allied branch based in Perth has an opportunity for a new Owner Driver partnership to support our linehaul Northwest region including
Karratha, Newman and Port Hedland.
The position will involve completing both local and long distance jobs. In addition to driving the role will be required to complete removalist duties. These activities include packing, wrapping and loading & unloading freight and documentation. International packing and wrapping skills are highly advantageous.
Key Skills and Requirements
* Ability to drive MR or above licence class is desired - If required, drive to and from the onsite location as per daily run sheet & carry out the requirements of the removal plan
* Owner Driver must have own offsider
* Applicants must possess their own MC-class truck configured for standard road train operations. Trailers can be provided by the company when required
* The ability to lift 20kg items independently
* The ability to lift heavy, awkward items
