About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced person to take over our Lactation Consultant team. There is a mixture of clinical and managerial responsibilities across various sites including oversight of the LC working at Parent Place in Ballarat.

Key Responsibilities
4. Clinical role model for lactation
5. Maintain current qualification as an IBCLC
6. Improve consumer engagement in relation to the lactation services
7. Promotes evidence based practice in relation to infant feeding
8. Provides person centred consultancy lactation services in the health service
Skills and experience
9. Registered Nurse and or Registered Midwife
10. Board Certified IBCLC
11. BFHI knowledge and understanding
12. Management of small teams
