The Role
Due to continued growth and company ambition, my client has a demand for an Associate Structural Design Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will design, manage and assist the structural division across multiple projects whilst maintaining a hands-on role throughout the life cycle of projects. You will coordinate and design in the delivery of the following projects:
* High-rise residential
* Low-rise residential
* Government
* Education
* Retail
* Industrial
The Responsibilities
* Leading and delivering various types of structural projects across a variety of buildings.
* Delivering multiple projects concurrently
* The opportunity to deliver multi-disciplinary projects
* Client interface and business development
* Managing and mentoring less experienced engineers
* Report writing and relevant business reporting
The Requirements
* A minimum of 10 years Senior Structural Design Experience
* Extensive experience of associated packages to the structural design industry
* A flexible and can-do attitude
* Design experience within a consulting environment
* Full working rights in Australia
