Refresh Hygiene is a fast-growing, sanitary bin and hygiene services company operating out of two service hubs (Dandenong & West Footscray). We provide a wide range of services to businesses, schools and commercial facilities and support to people living with a disability through the NDIS. Our main products and services include: sanitary bins, nappy bins, soap dispensers, air scenting and hygiene products for bathrooms.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Service Manager - North & West (Footscray team)
Are you a natural leader with a passion for people and service excellence? We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Service Manager to lead our small team of dedicated service professionals who deliver top-quality outcomes for our customers.
As Service Manager, you'll take charge of our talented Service Team in Footscray, coordinating their work priorities and helping them achieve their goals through your daily leadership, support and management. You'll play a key role in upholding our service standards, growing our business, enhancing productivity, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
As part of your role you will be given a regular customer load and be expected to provide hygiene services as part of your weekly schedule.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to directly serving our clients you will;
Lead, support, and develop the Footscray team (service reps and warehouse casuals)
Drive productivity improvements and contribute to operational plans of the business;
Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure service standards are consistently high;
Identify and act on opportunities to improve customer experiences;
Project manageme new customer installations & customer de-installations (cancellations) end-to-end from sales handover to first service visit, including team involvement / coordination;
Take hands-on lead role in installing bins, dispensers etc for new customers;
Manage service tools and technology to ensure efficient operations;
Oversee vehicle maintenance and safety of the fleet at Footscray;
Directly respond to customer issues and requests via email and phone, delegate response tasks to appropriate team member and resolve in a timely manner;
Oversee warehouse operations (including two casual employees);
Monitor, order and maintain stock levels of dispensers, consumables and supplies for the team;
Other tasks requested by the GM.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced team leader / supervisor with a great attitude, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and relevant work skills.
We are looking for people with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a service manager or operational team leader, senior cleaner driver who can substantially add to the skills and capabilities of our existing team. Cleaning Team Leaders and/or Supervisors are also encouraged to apply.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
3+ years in a service-based role, ideally with operational leadership experience;
A proven background in managing teams in service or operations environments;
Experience with worksite safety practices, conflict resolution, and reporting to management;
Strong communication skills, responsibility and self awareness;
Capability and experience working with tools, installing dispensers, equipment or similar;
A leadership style that inspires others and models extraordinary customer service.
Have or will have prior to starting, Working WIth Children credentials and a Criminal History check.
