Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced clinician, this is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, individualised therapy services to clients across the lifespan, with a focus on building independence in daily living skills, sensory regulation, motor development, and community participation.These are full-time roles with the chance to make a real and lasting difference within a supportive and inclusive team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments of motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional capacityDevelop and implement evidence-based, individualised therapy plansDeliver one-on-one and small group interventions focused on functional goalsWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including speech pathologists, physiotherapists, intervention teachers, and educatorsSupport families and carers with strategies to enhance participation in everyday activitiesMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and progress reportsParticipate in regular team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional developmentWhat We’re Looking ForA recognised degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor or Master level)Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility for registration)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsA passion for supporting individuals with developmental delays and disabilitiesA collaborative mindset and positive attitude towards team-based careNew graduates are encouraged to apply – we offer comprehensive supervision and mentoringWhat We Offer7 weeks annual leave (5 weeks directed and 2 weeks flexible)Low KPIs to prioritise quality service and staff well-beingA strong onboarding program and regular clinical supervisionOngoing professional development and training opportunitiesA supportive and values-driven team cultureCareer progression opportunities as the service continues to expandOpportunity for a work vehicleAbout UsNorthern Star Supports is a well-established service provider based in Kurri Kurri, NSW, delivering therapy and support services across the Hunter Region.
