About the Role
Product Manager – Dealer and Novatedteam (Business Lending) working closely with the Senior Manager of Asset Finance & Portfolio. Focus on managing consumer and commercial asset finance products across Dealer Finance, Structured Finance and Novated Lease portfolios. You will drive initiatives to boost asset balance growth, deliver high‐quality outcomes for customers and intermediaries, and manage risk to ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Accountabilities
- Grow the Business Lending Product team's profile within the Bank, engaging proactively with internal partners in Operational Risk, Marketing, Distribution, Compliance, Operations and Legal.
- Focus on achieving positive customer outcomes.
- Understand and optimise growth and returns drivers for the product portfolios.
- Identify and deliver initiatives that support asset balance growth and improve intermediary and customer penetration.
- Manage risk – incidents, issues, root cause analysis, design, test and implement controls, and ensure closure.
- Produce and maintain customer, intermediary and banker correspondence for the product range.
- Contribute to key continuous improvement initiatives, including process improvements, system upgrades and the Business Bank Transformation.
Qualifications
- Banking or financial services experience with consumer and commercial exposure.
- Project management skills.
- Risk management proficiency.
- Ability to plan and execute small to moderate initiatives, understand regulatory and legislative requirements (NCCP) for consumer and commercial products.
- Strong incident and assurance management, design, build, test and implement solutions that support growth and enhance customer outcomes.
