About the Role:
We are seeking applicants for a Generic Specialist hospital-based Sonographer role in Hobart, Tasmania.
As a sonographer with our hospital client, your primary duties will involve performing ultrasound examinations on patients using specialised equipment and techniques. You will work across a mix of all scans with a reasonable amount of emergency work and obstetrics. You will also be well supported by their team of sonographers and on-site doctors.
This is a permanent opportunity open to full-time and part-time applicants.

About You:
* Tertiary qualification in Sonography and registration
* Patient, service-orientated and more importantly a 'people person'
* Active listener and critical thinking skills
* A strong ability to interact effectively with people from diverse cultures
* Demonstrated high standard of oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, time management and organisation to ensure effective teamwork
* Current drivers licence
* Working with children check
* Eligible to work permanently in Australia
