Johnson's Trucks are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant & Marketing professional to join their team in Mildura, Victoria. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative and marketing support to the senior leadership team, playing a crucial part in the company's continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing
* Providing exceptional executive-level administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and minute‐taking
* Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's services
* Assisting with social media platforms to build the company's online presence
* Coordinating and organising events, conferences and other corporate functions
* Preparing business reports and presentations for business partners
* Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and other important documentation
* Serving as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
* Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional organisational and time fuel, with the ability to prioritise and multi‐task effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‐quality work
* High level of discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management and marketing tools
* A minimum of 1‐2 years of Executive Assistant experience or in a similar senior administrative role
* Australian work rights are required for this position
