Job Title: Store Support Lead
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Support Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, administration, and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Store Manager with customer service and administration functions.
* Achieve store goals as provided by the Operations Manager.
* Lead Front End Operations and train staff on Customer Service values.
* Maintain store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers at all times.
* Perform SM duties in absence and supervise and train team members.
* Review corporate communications and react accordingly.
* Partners with Store Manager and/or corporate office regarding store issues.
* Drive store sales and control expenses.
* Assist payroll process and ensure compliance with Human Resources policies and procedures.
* Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and receive deliveries and manage invoicing/paperwork.
* Drive Key Metrics: Sales, Margin and Expense Control.
* Store maintenance including taking out garbage, cleaning, maintaining stock room.
