Job Description
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
* Develop detailed documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss project requirements and progress.
* Work closely with the Technology team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Provide support during the implementation of system changes and enhancements.
* Analyse data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
* Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:
* Over 7 years' experience in a Senior Technical Business Analyst or equivalent role
* Proven experience in eCommerce retail and/or integrating order management systems
* Skilled in backend systems that support customer-facing applications
* Strong knowledge of API specifications, integration patterns, data mapping, and payload design
* Experienced collaborating with technical teams and producing clear technical requirements
* Able to deliver effectively in complex, time-sensitive project environments
* Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging senior technical stakeholders
