If you share our dedication to a noble cause and our passion for API pharma engineering, then NNE is the place for you.bAbout the roleWe are looking for a Director of Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) to lead our four CSA departments in Virum and Kalundborg, comprising around 100 employees.
In this role, you'll be both strategist and leader, guiding the CSA area toward short-and long-term goals aligned with NNE's overall direction.You'll be responsible for high-level resource planning, ensuring quality in design and execution, and driving cross-organizational change and improvement initiatives.
Your leadership will be key in strengthening collaboration across teams, enhancing business processes, and staying ahead of industry trends.
