Eligibility Specialist or highly experienced case manager to step up into the role.

The role: 
Liability Management of New Claims 
Provision of Sound Technical Advice to Case Managers 
Employer and Employee Contact 
Driving early Return to Work initiatives on claims 
Preparing Claims for Conciliation where required 
What You’ll Bring 
You’re the face of the Claims Service for injured workers and clients, so passion and empathy are in you DNA. That combined with the following will see set you up for success with this industry-leader: 
You are a WC guru! Healthy claims experience across the legislation is a given 
You know you’ll thrive in a quick-paced, agile industry, coupled with solid comms skills 
Extensive claims/case management experience 
Passionate around delivering outstanding customer experiences and thrive on working towards positive outcomes for the community 
Exceptional Legislation Knowledge surrounding workcover claims 
A proven background in managing workcover claims 
Sound decision making skills within workcover claims 
Strong attention to detail
