Technical Support Specialist - Desktop
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and business application issues.
* Elevate problems to the appropriate resource and ensure resolution meets customer satisfaction standards.

* Manage hardware issues, including vendor procurement and IT management.
* Collaborate on mobile device and endpoint deployment using MDM tools.
* Train users on core technologies, such as Microsoft 365 and device onboarding.
* Maintain expertise on product methodology and system functionality.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills with ability to make timely decisions.
* Strong communication and documentation abilities.
* Possession of IT certifications or willingness to obtain them.
* Familiarity with Microsoft desktop applications, including Windows and MS Office Suite.
* Understanding of cloud-based device management and mobile operating systems.
