The Roles: Unyte, an established Australian civil construction business, is seeking Plant Operators, Labourers, Leading Hands & Supervisors for ongoing works across major infrastructure projects in the Riverina region (Cootamundra, NSW) and other regions supporting rail shutdowns and critical infrastructure works. Roles require experience with GPS and working around a live rail environment.
Responsibilities
Operate equipment including Dozer, Excavator (day and night), Grader, Scraper, Compactor, and Dump Truck as part of civil works projects.
Provide supervisory support as a Supervisor (day and night shift) or Leading Hand (day and night shift).
Work on rotating day and night shifts on a 2:1 roster; accommodation provided for FIFO/DIDO as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure safe, efficient operation in a live rail environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
Proficient experience operating the above machinery.
GPS capability with relevant operating tickets, licenses, and inductions (RIW).
Strong work ethic and positive teamwork.
Flexibility for regional travel and a willingness to relocate if required.
5+ years of experience operating the listed machinery.
