What's the role?
You'll be joining the Westpac Institutional Bank (WIB) Digital Program, where we're building the future of banking through the Westpac One platform, which is our new digital experience for our relationship-managed customers. This platform brings together real-time liquidity and payment solutions, lending and risk tools, onboarding, and data-driven insights in one seamless experience.
As a Senior Experience Designer, you'll help shape both customer and staff journeys, working closely with cross-functional squads to bring ideas to life. You'll be a key voice in design conversations, helping define problems before solving them, and mentoring others along the way.
This is a full-time role based in Sydney, working three days in the office. If you're an experienced designer ready to take the next step, or a new senior looking to stretch your wings, this is for you.
What do I need?
We're looking for someone who's confident, curious, and ready to make an impact. You'll thrive here if you:
* Have 4+ years of experience in digital product design, working autonomously on strategic initiatives.
* Can lead workshops, co-design sessions and communicate design decisions with clarity and purpose.
* Know your way around Figma, Axure RP and Miro, or a quick learner.
* Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and working across multiple stakeholders.
