What you'll do:
* Support the scoping, design and delivery of collaborative engagements that enable organisations to drive large-scale transformation, navigate change and deliver on major business initiatives.
* Design and deliver bespoke experiences that enable acceleration, ownership and alignment, ranging from small scale virtual sessions to multi-day large scale in‐person conferences.
* Manage and co‐facilitate client meetings with senior stakeholders to scope and design collaborative engagements.
* Capture and synthesise the iterative co‐design process and outcomes of the collaborative engagements, developing high‐quality client deliverables.
* Effectively apply understanding and knowledge of collaboration principles and design‐thinking to the design of engagements.
* Assist in building communications strategies and plans and write and design communications materials for diverse audiences.
* Lead end‐to‐end project management of engagements, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
* Support sales and general development of the business, including shaping proposals that introduce new possibilities and ways of thinking about collaborative ways of working.
* Use a range of digital tools (including AI) to ethically accelerate and elevate work.
What we're looking for:
* Background in consulting or professional services (preferred but not essential).
* Experience in collaborative ways of working (preferred but not essential).
* Exceptional project management skills, specifically; organising tasks, managing timelines and coordinating with stakeholders.
* Confidence working with senior leaders and multi‐disciplinary client teams, with the ability to build trusted relationships and navigate different stakeholder needs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
* Professionalism, adaptability and flexibility in your approach to work, with demonstrated experience in the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* A curious, creative and proactive mindset.
* Life experiences or interests that enrich perspectives and fuel creativity.
