About Adelaide Urology Care, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Practice Manager / Personal Assistant to support the operations of our specialist urology clinic. This hybrid leadership role offers the opportunity to work closely with a highly respected urologist while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a modern, patient-focused practice.
This is a full-time role that requires excellent time management and organisational abilities. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our urology clinic, provide executive support to the lead urologist, and coordinate consulting, surgical, and personal appointments with precision.
You will also be responsible for managing billing and payments, ensuring optimal patient experience, and upholding our patient-first ethos. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership in a dynamic and rewarding position.
About You
* Previous experience in medical practice management and/or executive support (specialist practice experience highly regarded)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and empathetic manner
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities
* Proficient in medical software (e.g. Gentu) and Microsoft Office
