We are seeking a Senior Auditor to take ownership of a diverse audit portfolio spanning SMSFs, trust accounts and Not for Profits including charitable organisations.This is a senior role where you will work with autonomy and authority, while being supported by the Principal.
For the right person, this role offers genuine career progression as our audit division continues to expand, with the flexibility to start part-time (approximately 4 days per week) or full time for the right candidate.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage audit engagements across a wide range of clients and industries.Conduct SMSF audits in collaboration with other accounting firms.Undertake trust account audits (real estate, conveyancer, and lawyer trust accounts) and prepare statutory reports.Ensure compliance with qualified and legislative requirements, providing clear, practical advice to clients.Act as a senior point of contact for client and firm queries, with Partner support when required.What we offerA leadership role within a growing audit division.Flexible, part-time/full time working hours.Direct mentoring and backing from the Principal.Ongoing training and professional development.A progressive, modern workplace culture that values work-life balance.A competitive salary dependent upon experience.Skills and experienceMinimum 3 years' local audit experience (SMSF, trust accounts, or Owners Corporations highly regarded).
