The Job Description
* We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical care and medical oversight for residents.
* You will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and recovery of our clients from admission onwards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Initial Medical Support: Supporting clients through admissions, assessments, and ongoing treatment.
2. Health Monitoring: Overseeing health treatment plans, medication management, and risk escalation.
3. Team Collaboration: Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.
4. Support and Empowerment: Helping clients feel safe, comfortable, and empowered in their recovery journey.

Requirements and Qualifications
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Experience in mental health, AOD nursing, or similar fields.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
* Calm, compassionate, and adaptable approach in a dynamic environment.
* CPR certification and current driver's license.
