A**bout the role**
Current role to the business to focus on building the relationship between departments in head office and the stores to grow sales. Really exciting role to mould and make your own, including hiring a team.
Ideally suited for someone who has come from a Retail Ops background and moved into leadership role focused on driving sales, building processes and driving efficiencies.
**Duties**
- Responsible for building the foundations of training, rolling it out and coordination of future programs.
- Responsible for tracking and analysis of sales enablement.
- Supporting product launches by preparing salesforce to sell the solutions
- Tracking KPIs
- Responsible for stock loss of the business and strategizing to reduce shrinkage.
**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelors degree preferred but not essential
- Previously involved in sales enablement with revenue targets
- Experience in executing change management initiatives
- Been in a multi-site operations role
- Ability to multi-task and lead multiple projects at once
- Self motivated and driven to product results
