This 6‐month contract supports a growing workforce during a period of operational growth and hiring activity.
You'll lead end‐to‐end recruitment across operational, site‐based and corporate positions. The role involves high‐volume operational hiring and specialist positions, offering variety and stakeholder exposure.
Day to day, you will:
– An experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a background within resources, mining or a similarly blue‐collar industry, with strong understanding of operational hiring and regional talent markets.
– Experience recruiting within these sectors, partnering with operational leaders and supporting site‐based workforce growth.
– Experience across both operational and corporate recruitment, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
– A practical, adaptable, solutions‐focused approach, especially in a fast‐paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
