Take the lead in a busy fulfilment centre and make sure customers get their outdoor gear on time, every time! This is a hands-on role where you'll coordinate daily operations, guide your team, and improve processes to keep the centre running smoothly.
About the Role
You'll oversee the day-to-day flow of orders, from stock receival and put-away to picking, packing, and dispatch. You'll set priorities, solve challenges on the floor, and ensure stock is accurate and operations are safe and efficient. This role is all about keeping things moving while coaching and developing your team to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a hands-on fulfilment team
- Plan daily operations, allocate tasks, and monitor workflow
- Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and variance checks
- Solve operational roadblocks quickly and confidently
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Contribute to process improvements and performance reporting
- About You
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or eCommerce operations
- Solid leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Calm under pressure and a natural problem-solver
- Team-focused with a hands-on approach to coaching and development
- Bonus: ERP knowledge (e.g., Pronto), WHS/First Aid training, or passion for outdoor gear
