Skimlinks, a Taboola company, is a global e‑commerce monetisation platform with offices in EMEA, APAC, and the US. We work with over 60,000 premium publishers such as Nine Entertainment, Seven West Media, Yahoo, Choice, and News Corp Australia, and 50,000 retailers worldwide, including Nike, Emma Sleep, Lululemon, and Dyson. Our technology understands the web pages users visit, the brands and products they look at, the links they click on, and the purchases they make, and we track over $2.5 million affiliated sales every day.

As a result of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a professional and passionate Account Manager to join our team in Sydney and support a portfolio of merchants/advertisers and publishers for our APAC team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of merchant and publisher accounts and grow revenue.
- Negotiate exclusive rates and commercial models to maximise partner success.
- Represent Skimlinks at events, expos, and client meetings, explaining the advantages of Skimlinks products and networks.
- Own the overall relationship of the client portfolio and set correct expectations and timelines for reviews, reporting, monitoring and revenue tracking.
- Compile and update reports to monitor and present progress on merchant programmes, focusing on top‑performing publishers.
- Review merchant and publisher relationships and contribute to optimisation strategies.
- Set up, monitor, and log merchant and publisher progress and campaigns via internal systems and Excel reports.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to analyse data and ensure seamless implementation and technical optimisation of programmes.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to the dedicated portfolio of clients.
- Identify and discover upsell opportunities by aligning current or potential product offerings with the goals of top‑tier publishers and influencer programmes.
- Proactively take steps to unblock internal and external client issues and work cross‑departmentally when needed.
- Offer marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence to internal teams to help improve and enhance product offerings.
- Unlock new opportunities to take to market and always go the extra mile.

Requirements

- Understanding of the advertising, affiliate, paid search, online publishing or media industry.
- More than 2 years of experience in relationship building.
- Strong analytic, quantitative and technical aptitude with great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, driven, adaptable, and adaptable with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
