Job Description

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth program operations.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and correspondence.
Maintain and organise accurate records and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
Respond to inquiries and provide information as required.
Support the team with project management and tracking tasks.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Program Support Officer Should Have

Previous experience in administrative or program support roles.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with Public Sector procedures and requirements (preferred).
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Current holder of a 'C' class driver's licence.
