We are expanding our team and hiring reliable, hardworking staff for three essential positions .

Dishwasher / Kitchen Cleaner
Responsible for:
* Washing dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
* Emptying bins and assisting with basic cleaning tasks
Qualifications:
* Previous experience preferred (not required for dishwasher)
* Reliable, organised, and positive attitude
* Ability to work nights and weekends
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work between Surfers Paradise and Burleigh Heads if needed
Kitchen Hand
Responsible for:
* Basic food preparation (chopping, peeling, marinating, portioning)
* Assisting during service with simple kitchen tasks
* Setting up and packing down prep areas
* Stock rotation and unpacking deliveries
* Keeping all kitchen areas clean and organised
Qualifications:
* Previous experience preferred (not required for dishwasher)
* Reliable, organised, and positive attitude
* Ability to work nights and weekends
* Good communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility to work between Surfers Paradise and Burleigh Heads if needed
Bartender
Responsible for:
* Preparing cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages
* Providing excellent customer service
* Maintaining bar cleanliness and managing stock levels
* Cash handling and POS operation
* Assisting floor staff when required
* Must hold a valid RSA certificate
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 months bartending experience
* Previous experience preferred (not required for dishwasher)
* Reliable, organised, and positive attitude
* Ability to work nights and weekends
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work between Surfers Paradise and Burleigh Heads if needed
