The Microsoft Dynamics 365 team provides clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software.
A Senior Full Stack Developer will lead architectural discussions, improve or create new standards, act as a proxy between development teams and clients, and work closely with stakeholders.
This role requires collaboration with software developers, mentoring, delegating, and assisting other developers, coaching and motivating team members, driving engagement and motivation, cooperating with multiple teams in implementing new ideas, driving internal process improvements, developing programming guidelines/standards, maintaining and setting appropriate standards and technical processes, influencing ways of working, keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies, sharing knowledge and distributing responsibilities, implementing and fine-tuning processes, participating in project-related ceremonies, adhering to best practices, making use of tools, standards, technologies, and frameworks, taking ownership and leading the development, working with minimal supervision, translating business requirements into technical solutions, engaging with clients and proposing innovative ideas, maintaining a quality-oriented mindset, identifying testable areas, communicating progress updates, leading project architectural design, performing technology research, developing and building code, performing impact analysis, contributing towards code quality, implementation of efficient and performant code, editing and owning project-related documentation, providing estimates for requests, and contributing to the recruitment process.
