As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and managing stock. This is a leadership role where you'll help guide and develop the team while ensuring the store runs smoothly in the Store Manager's absence.
We're looking for a motivated individual with previous retail leadership or supervisory experience, strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example and know how to inspire a team to achieve results while creating an engaging in-store experience.
