WBACC invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for our Human Resources & Work Health Safety Officer/Manager (HR & WHS Manager) position.
We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and committed people and workplace safety manager who wants to make an impact in a dynamic and challenging environment. WBACC is a unique organisation located in the beautiful Booderee National Park in Jervis Bay.
The WBACC HR & WHS Manager is responsible for providing professional high level and operational advice and support to WBACC on all matters relating to HR, employment relations and the health and safety of staff and visitors including developing and managing policies, systems and processes. This position reports directly to the WBACC CEO.
Qualifications Required:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management/Occupational-Workplace Health & Safety and or relevant experience
* Certificate IV in Work Health Safety, risk management or other relevant education and/or relevant experience/certification/qualification
* National Police Check (AFP)
* Drivers Licence
* Senior First Aid Certificate
* ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Check.
