This is a development-focused role designed to build your skills across category planning, inventory management, and strategic analysis over a 12-month cycle.
You’ll take ownership of a small category, applying your learnings to drive sales, profit, and inventory health.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support category planning and strategy execution.
Manage inventory forecasts and vendor orders.
Conduct analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Buyers and Planners to optimise product ranges.
What You’ll Bring
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in retail planning or allocation (2+ years).
Advanced Excel skills; D365 experience a plus.
A proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to learn.
