We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our team in a dynamic and rewarding role. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children, adolescents, and their families with mental health issues.
You will work closely with other professionals to ensure optimal consumer care, focusing on achieving the best possible health and recovery outcomes for consumers. Your expertise will be utilized to provide assessment, education, counselling, and group work, which are essential components of care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accepts accountability for the outcomes of clinical practice for children, adolescents, and their families with mental health issues.
* Ensures optimal consumer care, focusing on achieving the best possible health and recovery outcomes for consumers.
* Provides assessment, education, counselling, and group work to support consumer care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* The relevant degree/registration/qualification for your respective discipline.
* Extensive clinical experience in the treatment and management of complex child and adolescent mental health issues.
* Demonstrated ability to conduct mental health assessment and therapeutic interventions of a complex nature with children, adolescents with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with individuals and families for positive mental health outcomes and to foster productive working relationships across disciplines.
