Our client is an established design and construction practice with over 30 years in the industry, delivering award-winning commercial projects across Australia and New Zealand. They are known for their team-oriented culture, creative design solutions and commitment to creating tailored workplace and retail environments. 
Due to continued growth they are seeking two new additions to their team - a Graduate / Junior Interior Designer (0–3 yrs) and a Mid-Level Interior Designer (3–6 yrs). These roles will suit ambitious designers who are eager to contribute to high-profile projects in a supportive and energetic environment. 
Key Responsibilities 
Support and deliver projects from concept through to construction, with increasing autonomy depending on level 
Research, specify and document finishes, fixtures, furniture and materials in alignment with client briefs and sustainability goals 
Create and coordinate design documentation, Revit models, presentations, and sample boards 
Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality outcomes 
Contribute to design implementation on site, assisting with addressing issues and monitoring compliance 
Collaborate closely with senior designers, project managers, and wider delivery teams 
Skills & Experience 
Qualifications in Interior Design or Interior Architecture 
Revit, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite skills 
Strong design sensibility with sound technical knowledge of codes, compliance and construction methods 
Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in client engagement (mid-level role) 
Cooperative, proactive and adaptable mindset with eagerness to learn (junior role) 
A passion for workplace design, sustainability and innovative solutions
