We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our Supply and Trading team in Melbourne, Australia.
As a Sourcing Manager, you will focus on designing, implementing, and managing sourcing strategies for a defined geographic area to secure a reliable and sustainable supply of feedstock aligned with Neste's global strategy, while optimising cost and logistics.

Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future
* Manage supply ecosystem: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, expand the supplier base, and integrate sustainability practices
* Execute sourcing strategy: Design and deliver regional sourcing strategies, including logistics, contracting and execution
* Drive market advantage: Provide market insights, identify trading opportunities, and strengthen sustainability across the supply chain
This role will:
* Secure a diverse and sustainable feedstock supply chain critical to Neste's business model
* Optimise logistics and negotiate commercial outcomes that improve cost efficiency and profitability
* Strengthen Neste's market position through supplier partnerships and market intelligence
You will balance the need for supply security with cost optimisation and sustainability requirements in a fast‐moving market environment.
Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental science or a related field (postgraduate qualifications advantageous)
* Prior experience in procurement, sourcing or trading is considered a plus (experience in energy or biofuels markets is highly regarded)
* Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* Exposure to physical supply chains, logistics and relevant regulatory frameworks
* A desire to work at the cutting edge of low‐carbon liquid fuels with a global industry leader.
Candidate must have full work rights in Australia.
