What you'll be doing:
* Be the first point of contact for customers, answering phone calls and addressing enquiries regarding bookings, vehicle repairs, and general service related questions.
* Collect and record accurate customer information, vehicle details, and service requests to ensure comprehensive and current records.
* Accurately build repair orders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service jobs.
* Finalising customer invoices.
* Apply strong cash handling and reconciliation processes.
* Carry out general daily reception duties.
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
