About the Role
This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. As a Youth Worker, you will provide daily care needs and plan activities aligned with individual care plans and goals. You will also role model positive behaviors and communicate effectively with staff and management regarding youth-related matters.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent, experience working with children and young people in care, strong interpersonal skills, and a calm, empathetic approach. You will also need to possess a current driver's licence (P2 minimum) and understanding of child protection and domestic violence frameworks.
