Our UX team plays a key role in shaping intuitive, user centred experiences across our products.
You'll be joining a talented, collaborative, and friendly team.
Together, we strive to balance design execution with meaningful research, enabling us to deliver solutions that truly resonate with our users.
While we've established strong design foundations, we're excited to deepen our research capabilities and refine our design system guidelines.
What you'll do
This role offers the opportunity to dip your toes into everything - UX, UI, research, and interaction design - while working on innovative projects in the legal tech and AI space.
We are looking for a Junior Designer passionate about user experience and creating beautiful UI.
You will learn from senior UX designers, analyse user behaviour at scale, and master the latest tools and design patterns to create impactful experiences.
To make this happen you will:
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI designs with Figma and Whimsical
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality user experiences
Contribute to developing and evolving our design system
What you'll bring:
1-2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design using Figma
A portfolio demonstrating design process and visual skills
Understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design fundamentals
Clear communication skills and willingness to learn
Basic awareness of HTML/CSS is a bonus
A background in psychology, marketing, graphics or law would be highly desirable
You are the type of person who is

Passionate about user-centred design and crafting intuitive interfaces
Collaborative with cross-functional teams and learns from diverse perspectives
