We're seeking a dedicated Keepsake & Preparation Coordinator to join our team, ensuring the careful preparation of ashes, paw prints, and keepsakes that bring comfort to families during a difficult time. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference while working in a clean, structured environment with a team that values care, respect, and excellence.
* Prepare ashes into urns, boxes, and jewellery, and finalise keepsakes for return to clients
* Take clay, ink, and digital paw prints with precision and care
* Maintain cleanliness of facilities and manage pets respectfully for viewings and cremation
* Compassionate and emotionally intelligent, with a love for animals
* Comfortable handling deceased pets professionally and ethically
* Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and ability to lift up to 25kg
* Organised, adaptable, and confident using computers for administrative tasks
