Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Cybersecurity Leader to manage the delivery of cybersecurity consulting services across government and private sector clients. This role requires a strong leader who can empower the team to deliver high-quality outcomes while achieving maximum potential.
Responsibilities
* IDentify, propose, and drive solutions to refine and grow the profitability and capability of the Cyber Uplift team over time.
* Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients by using in-depth consulting experience.
* Provide input into the scoping and pricing of engagements with the sales and growth teams.
* Manage the pipeline of sales and revenue of the Cyber Uplift team.
* Maintain the workforce plan of the Cyber Uplift team.
* Provide delivery team members with strategic direction and an overview of the project requirements, supervising tasks and their completion to meet objectives.
* Engage with teams across Thales Cyber Services to drive business-wide objectives.
* Lead Cyber Uplift research projects to identify and develop new Cyber Uplift service offerings.
* Participate in the recruitment processes to identify and select suitable candidates for potential Cyber Uplift roles in the team.
* Develop and deliver training and/or speaking material for public and/or private events.
* Maintain knowledge of industry insights and proactively research emerging security risks, controls, applicable regulations, and trends.
