**The Role**:
You play a key part in the growth and profitability of specialty insurance product lines by overseeing the administration function ensuring an accurate, effective and efficient business area.
Work on process improvement projects to improve the operational effectiveness of the underwriting team and take a lead of UAT activity.
This would suit someone wants to work on cutting edge projects in the insurance industry!
**Skills Required**:
- 1+ years of experience in an operational role in the Insurance industry.
- Knowledge of Underwriting systems (pref General Insurance)
- Experience working on Process Improvements
- UAT testing experince
- Sound business, financial and market acumen awareness/understanding
