We are seeking a highly skilled In-House Legal Counsel to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented legal professional to take on a broad range of responsibilities and make a significant impact on our business.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, and provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders. A strong background in commercial and corporate law is essential, as is the ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the In-House Legal Counsel will also be responsible for reviewing marketing collateral and other materials from a legal perspective, overseeing contract management frameworks, and identifying key legal risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day delivery of legal services and support major projects.
* Provide advice on legal matters and regulatory changes; draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
* Review marketing collateral and other materials from a legal perspective.
* Oversee contract management framework and identify key legal risks.
* Advise on customer complaints and issues raised by regulators.
Qualifications:
* 4-8 years post-qualification experience as a commercial/corporate lawyer or litigation lawyer.
* Strong legal drafting and research skills.
