Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
This role focuses on the end-to-end recruitment of security-cleared IT and tech professionals across Canberra and Sydney.
* Lead full cycle recruitment for urgent, security-cleared roles including Solution Architects, Data Specialists, Cyber Security experts.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic sourcing solutions.
* Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.
* Maintain compliance with security clearance protocols and government standards.
About You:
* Australian Citizen with a current baseline security clearance (essential).
* Available to commence in the role at short notice.
* Deep understanding of security clearance processes and requirements.
* Proven experience recruiting in the IT / tech sector ideally within government or defence-aligned environments.
* Previous experience with Workday and/or Phenom systems (highly desirable).
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high demand environment.
