You will develop and implement systems, processes, and programs to optimise and scale Flextool's technical capabilities, ensuring they meet current and future business requirements. You will develop and deliver technical training materials and programs both online and in person to enhance the technical knowledge of our dealers, contractors, rental companies, internal sales, and customer service staff. Leveraging your product knowledge, you will assist with technical support publications and maintain a detailed product specifications database.This role is ideally suited for candidates with experience in equipment hire companies for construction, industrial, and DIY tools, hands-on tradies, or retail sales support staff with technical product knowledge.
