We're looking for a Service Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in being organised, accurate, and reliable.
About the role
You'll be the first point of contact for customers and a key link between the workshop and customers. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, can manage competing priorities, and takes ownership of their work.

Whatyou'llbe doing
Greeting customers and managing incoming calls and enquiries
Booking vehicles and coordinating service schedules
Recording accurate customer and vehicle information
Preparing repair orders and supporting workflow efficiency
Finalising invoices and processing payments
Handling daily cash reconciliation
Providing updates to customers on vehicle progress
Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
Supporting general administrative duties as required
Whatwe'relooking for
Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience
Strong communication and people skills
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Good computer and system skills
Reliable work ethic and professional presentation
Automotive industry experience (desirable but not essential)
