Due to exciting business growth, we have 2 vacancies in our Field Service Technical Team and are seeking motivated and reliable team members. This role offers Monday to Friday work, providing weekends with family and friends. We are open to considering rostering arrangements for more flexibility for the right candidates.
While industry experience is advantageous, it is not essential. Our talented technical training team will provide comprehensive training to ensure a strong start in your new career. Once qualified, you will provide professional inspection and testing services to our customers and deliver technical advice within our scope of expertise.

What Your New Role Entails
1. On and off-site inspections and testing of lifting equipment
2. Maintenance and service repairs on products
3. Building strong relationships with customers and providing product advice
4. Ensuring personal and business safety at all times
5. Liaising with customers, their employees, and working on their sites
6. Willingness to travel to customer locations, including overnight stays
What You Will Bring With You
1. Technical service experience within a manufacturing background is preferred but not essential; mechanical aptitude can be developed through training
2. Ability to develop strong professional relationships
3. Ability to work independently when required
4. Willingness to undertake physically demanding work
5. Ability to work at heights
6. Flexibility for regular travel to customer sites
7. Clear written and verbal communication skills
8. Problem-solving and time management skills
9. Basic computer skills, including email and Excel
