About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support to our customers.
* Your primary focus will be on ensuring all customer service activities are completed to our high standard.
* You'll work closely with our Compliance Officer roles and assist in creating/ implementing CS policy/documentation for training.
* Building effective relationships within the team and broader business is crucial in this role.
* You'll focus on customer needs as the primary priority and assist with ad-hoc Trading/Risk/Other roles as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in gaming and wagering industries.
* Customer Service experience in call centres.
* Advanced knowledge of Intercom or alternative systems.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* An analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
* A can-do attitude and bigger picture thinking.
