We're seeking a professional and personable individual to be the welcoming face of our firm. This flexible role (full-time or part-time) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Duties:
- Greet clients and manage incoming calls
- Schedule appointments and support daily operations
- Assist with admin, document handling and communications
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous reception or admin experience highly regarded
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and client systems
