We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team.
1. Prepare and develop accurate cost estimates for tender submissions;
2. Compile bills of quantities from site material take-offs;
3. Assist in preparing construction methodologies and documentation;
About You
4. This role requires previous experience in estimating for defence, construction or building remediation;
5. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently; is proficient in data analysis software such as Excel; has excellent communication skills including both written and verbal interactions; can provide detailed reports on project status as required by stakeholders.
